We found a perfect house and was exactly what we were looking for. From the beginning Taj made sure he checked all of the boxes for what we needed. Setting up the automatic emails for listings made it easy to search what homes we wanted to see. When it came to the viewings, Taj was always available, at the time that worked best for us. He inspected room by room, explaining the different features and important details about appliances and the layout of the house. Turned on every light and every water line to make sure they worked and pointed out potential issues if needed. When we found the home we wanted, Taj brought a lot of excitement and encouragement to pump us up for this big decision! The program used to complete and sign documents was very easy to use and listed each step of completion. His team was very responsive through email and phone call, answering back within minutes. Taj brought that same energy to the final settlement day and was genuinely happy for us. Even after the house was purchased, he followed up with us to how the move went and to make sure everything worked out as expected. Taj was recommended and is highly talked about in the area as one of the best. We will use him again for sure if we plan on finding another home in the area!
